The Idea Tree
The Idea Tree was set up at the 4 major zonal hubs for all employees to mention how they would like the next 30 years of SREI to be. This was seen as a great canvass as employees poured in with their ideas, some extremely futuristic, some constructive, and numerous of valid suggestions.
Well-being, Safety, Growth
Employee Wellbeing at Srei starts with assurance and Walking the Talk. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Managing Director got on a Zoom call and addressed all staff with a singular message - “We care for you, Your well-being, And you all are safe in this Organization” and we followed it up with an outcome of no job loss, launched a new incentive scheme to potentially earn 2x of the target if one achieves goals.
The Company nurtures and encourages Entrepreneurial traits and believes in the participative style of management where all the employees are actively encouraged to share their ideas.
