Campus Konversations Application-Branding while Onboarding
New Joiners are onboarded through Campus Konversations Application by Inside IIM. The primary objective this App serves is to provide entire details of UltraTech Cement, in terms of its growth journey, the product line, the large base of dealers and key accounts stakeholders, the company's associations and in the process, strengthen the brand at the Campuses.
<div>Margdarshan is a technical skill-building process via one to one knowledge transfer. It is a project which is intended to provide training in identified areas of knowledge and skill to new entrants, the field level employees (FLE) through the help of a senior who is an expert. Drona is a person who is responsible for transferring technical skills and knowledge to the Arjun-a junior employee. <br></div>
