A 3-day flagship training program for Walmart Culture focused on values and behaviors, is organized. Walton Institute is designed to help associates grow in their role to drive results and lead culture – to become more of a Cultural Champion. Walton Institute exists to help leaders understand, internalize, navigate, and perpetuate the Walmart culture.
Home = New Workplace
As part of the initiative ‘Home is the New Workplace’, online wellness sessions were organized on physical fitness, mental health, financial literacy, parenting & family support. Online medical consultation was provided to all the associates at discounted prices. Regular updates and information about the nearest COVID testing labs and hospitals were shared with the associates.
We all are treated equally and this company gives every employee a chance to showcase their talent and explore newer projects.
