GSS (Global Strategic Sourcing) team
All GSS employees globally collaborate and share their stories/best practices on new/different/more efficient approaches with global communication. Four best stories are picked up and presented in the global forum once every 2 months. Teams across regions vote for the best story and winner receives a monetary reward.
