YASH has introduced Gender Diversity component in Performance Score cards of the leaders to measure their achievement in the diversity initiatives. The GD ratio goals are set specifically for each business leader on the basis of parameters like the team size, technology, work shifts etc. Each leader knows GD targets set for them for the year and the achievement of the same affect their end-of-the-year compensation.
