Women Who Code
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Pitney Bowes partnered with, Women Who Code, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers, to host a session themed ‘Women Leading in Tech – You can be one too’. This was a kick-start to the ‘Women in Tech’ initiative in India launched by Gitika Jain. Through such programs, Pitney Bowes continues to support women to pursue careers in STEM and spearhead the conversation on workplace diversity and inclusion.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Pitney Bowes introduced a unique concept of ‘reverse interview’ for mid-senior level roles. The idea was to have not the interviewer, but the interviewee ask questions on various topics such as the organization vision, culture, projects, growth, team dynamics, profiles of executive staff etc. It has not only been very helpful for candidates, but even the interviewers have been able to arrive at deep insights about the candidates based on the kind of questions they ask.</span></div>
I feel proud to say that I work for an organization that thinks so much about the well-being of its employees.
The environment is good and offers good learning opportunities.
