At Dow Lote, in order to overcome the height differences between genders, all the lines were modified for valve height. The control panels were also relocated so that women could easily operate them. The site had platforms fabricated so that women could easily reach the drum height at the Packaging Stations. This has boosted their confidence and they can really contribute and deliver what is expected.
