Accelerated Development for Women

GSK has a formal programme called Accelerating Difference for coaching and mentoring identified women leaders. This programme specifically focuses on accelerating the development and career progression of high potential women in the leadership talent pipeline. It includes individual and group coaching as well as formal sponsorship. There's also a separate dashboard for talent reviews for women and their career path is discussed by the top management and monitored.


Global Inclusion Program
