Women Only Recruitment Drive
To bring in more women candidates to the table, Software AG conducts women-only recruitment drives that have been extremely successful in recruiting talented women into Software AG. This will now be a regular feature of the recruiting strategy. A formal review of hiring diversity ratios is also planned every quarter.
Women on Internship Connect
Software AG believes and practices inclusivity. While their full-time employees get an opportunity to meet their Leadership Team, they consider the SoftwareAG Interns as one Team, and hence a Round table session is conducted with their CHRO and CEO. The ladies come out of the meeting visibly empowered with enhanced confidence post their discussion.
