A 'Medha' Career

Career Mentorship Program: The program is run by ‘MEDHA’, which is the business resource group for women associates. The group seeks nomination for mentors and mentees (women associates), and a profile is created for both the mentors and mentees. All the mentees are assigned a mentor, basis their profile, in a different business group to provide diverse perspectives. The program has helped women associates with a platform to share and discuss professional challenges and career aspirations, and gain perspective to grow and succeed.



The Career Challenge

ADP Private Limited follows the month-long career challenge; during which, managers are dedicated and focused on their associates career development! Together, the Manager and Associates choose an activity, from 1 of the 4 phases of the Career Driver, as appropriate to the current career status of the Associates, and where they want to go in the future. The four phases are: New In Your Role, Developing In Your Current Role, Exploring Career Options & Preparing For Your New Role.

Working here is an amazing experience with good management. Talking about anything unique, then I would say the way higher management people treat their subordinates in a friendly way without any partiality which I didn't see in my previous organization. This actually matters me a lot to come to work.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
If I were to begin my career in this generation, I would personally look to work with an organization that advocates collaboration, diversity of thoughts, inclusivity and open-mindedness. I know that such workplace is where I will achieve performance excellence by finding creative and meaningful solutions. 1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization?
From a culture standpoint, our associates can be sure of working for an organization that advocates real inclusion and ownership. We have built a workplace where our associates come with a belief that they are working for something meaningful; a belief that is important for us to progress together.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?

Finding the best innovative minds at mid-senior leadership level has been a challenge for a while. Since the needs and expectations of people are changing rapidly, our industry needs leaders who are both technically strong, as well as have a mindset for navigating complexities of today and tomorrow.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?

We ensure a consistent workplace experience to all associates right from the beginning. We induct every associate through a comprehensive orientation program, irrespective of their role and gender. We also have an enterprise-wide interactive engagement platform for every associate to stay connected with each other and know about all the happenings in the organization.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals?

Being associated with Great Place to Work® is a great way for us to learn about the extent of the positive impact that our practices are making on our associates. We then identify any gaps and plug them by creating more opportunities for them to bring their best to work every day and flourish.
