Head Start

The Head Start Sessions at Aspire Systems creates an opportunity for the new hires to interact with the CEO, Delivery Head and HR Head in an informal setting. The session includes skits and games that give the New Aspirians the chance to present their ideas. The style of engagement is kept informal to break down traditional notions of hierarchy and inspire more direct interaction with the senior management.



Housekeeper's Day

Did you thank the person who served you coffee this morning? How often do we stop by and appreciate people for doing their jobs? Aspire Systems (India) Private Limited celebrates a Housekeeper's Day to celebrate and acknowledge those who make our work easier. On this day, they have special events arranged and distribute mementos/gifts, in recognition to their outstanding efforts. They are the ones who keep everything in order and facilitate smooth flow of our operations and should be thanked and recognized for the same!

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
A great workplace comprises of great people and a great team and also an environment where people are given freedom and opportunities to grow.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?
A Great workplace creates a wonderful culture and builds trust with team members and that drives and fosters customer satisfaction and productivity. I really believe in the fact that the employees feel more at home when the management (Managers) treat them as equals, encourage, and appreciate their suggestions and ideas and create a more open and approachable environment for all.

3. What are your top people priorities?
Our people journey is the key to our business continuity and growth. It is always a constant endeavour to create the right workplace that fosters a great work culture. Our people priority begins with identifying the right people, developing them, having great leaders and create an environment where people look forward to contributing and growing. With growth across several geographies, we are also looking at how we understand each other, collaborate and learn from each other.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals?
Participating in Great Place to Work® survey for the past several years has helped us to understand the employee feedback and identify areas where we can focus on. The feedback is credible and along with the HR team and the key people stakeholders, we take the survey feedback and findings seriously and ensure that we act on the same. Getting featured in the 100 Best has helped us to build a good brand for Aspire as well.

1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization?
The primary focus of Aspire’s culture is on employees, customers and our society. The culture has played a key role in our growth and has created an environment where we are able to build great teams and create an environment where people are respected and valued.

As an Aspirian, everyone gets equal opportunity to learn, seek, share and grow, in addition to comprehending the significance of their contributions to organizational growth. Culture would continue to be a key differentiator for Aspire and help us grow, attract and retain great minds.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?
Employees are the key assets of an organization. Finding the right individual with desired skills is a major challenge today, considering the dynamics of the industry. Yet another challenge is to find/develop the right set of leaders who contribute to the growth and also translate company vision and culture.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
Openness in one of our core attributes. We take exclusive efforts to bring transparency and enable a connected workplace. Several initiatives are in place to enhance reachability to share ideas, suggestions, concerns and feedback or bring an issue to attention for respective stakeholders. One such example is the quarterly session with our CEO, In Session, where employees from all levels can opt to meet and interact with the leader.
