Keeping in mind the cultural set-up and their lifestyle, they address key points about the facilities, growth and benefits of working at Barbeque Nation. By spending time with their parents they are made to feel secure and inculcates a sense of pride that their child is working with Barbeque. Our foundation is based on Barbeque Nation’s core values which focus on internal (employees) and external customer, passion, innovation, genuine-ness and ownership. This, in turn, is helping us in developing an organisation which is transparent, demarcates clear responsibility, ensures effective communication flow and provides clarity to each individual.

One of the top benefits is that creating a Great Workplace ensures employee satisfaction which leads to higher productivity and helps the organization achieve its business goals. Having a great workplace also helps create a healthy workplace and happy employees

Constant development of people in terms of skills and taking care of their career aspirations. This, in turn, leads to competent resources handling key functions in this dynamic business environment.

Employees can be sure of getting a workspace where they are empowered to take decisions in their sphere of work, keeping the foundation of our core values in mind. Employees can be sure that their personal and professional aspirations will be taken care of

Getting Trained manpower at all positions in the organisation. The other constant challenge is inculcating our core values in the new generation of employees

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
Encouraging 2-way communication, mentoring and strong feedback mechanism at various levels is undertaken to ensure that employees experience a sense of purpose in executing their work. HODs and senior managers encourage employees to walk up for discussions and are free to express their opinions which are considered basis merit.
