Pray for Morality

Bharat Financial Inclusion has a unique ritual, practiced in the weekly meeting by employees and members who are their end customers. Before business transactions commence, the meeting starts with a sacred prayer called the “Padam”, stated by their members first and then by their employee. The Oath by their customer reinforces the fact that they will be respected and have complete right to see the business transactions in the most ethical way. It also states that they will not pay any bribe or gift to any person, whosoever from Bharat Financial in relation to financial transactions.

Raising the Bar

Every interview panel consists of an HR team member and a best performer in operations (as per appraisal of the previous year) called the Bar Raiser. 'Top Performers – choose better talent' is the philosophy on which the interview panel is formed. Every selection process shall consist of one “Bar-Raiser” – a consistent Star Performer; who will have a Veto right. This has helped Bharat Financial not only keep the Bar intact – but also raise it over the years, and also strengthened pride in the team.

Yes, there is no argument here. Fair treatment and time to time guidance is given. We are recognised for the good work.
