CV of Your Kid

CEAT invites cute and fun details from employees about their children such as:- What does your child like to do after school hours?- Tell us a few things your child loves to imitate.- What are your kid's special talents/hobbies/co-curricular activities?With these details, along with name and age, CEAT then makes ‘kids’ CVs’ which are framed and mailed to them at their residence, to their surprise. CEAT received overwhelming response as well as appreciation from employees for involving families in celebrations.

A forum called Women Empowerment – ‘WE’ is formed to understand the issues of the female associates, to get their suggestions or any specific feedback. The is forum has paved the way for initiatives like self-defense training for women, construction of dedicated restroom to be used more so during their menstrual cycle, inauguration of a crèche, installation of a CCTV camera at shop floor, to name a few.

The company believes in high levels of freedom, management is very open and accessible, very fair and people friendly.
