High Decibel Newsletter

Their quarterly newsletter “High Decibel” keeps employees posted on various happenings in the organisation. It has various sections that cover employee engagement activities of the month, the quarterly results, details of Micromarketing activities, a quiz, a tête-à-tête section with a selected employee from the organisation, announcements of special events in employees life viz. weddings an addition to the family, etc. Hard copies of the same are shared with all employees of the bank. This gives employees an insight into activities happening across the country and helps them to build a connect with the organisation.

"This is an initiative where employees are encouraged to share ideas, concerns and feedback with the CEO directly in a closed forum. This serves 2 purposes – 1) it gives an opportunity to junior and middle management employees to interact with the CEO directly and 2) it helps the organisation to receive ground level feedback and get the pulse of the organisation without any filters.
