2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?
Lack of skilled resources and competing for market dynamics leading to attrition.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
Transitioning from traditional centrally operated HR structure to the HRBP model has ensured better visibility at the ground.
Setting up of Ubuntu Board - a voluntary group of non-HR employees who are driving engagement interventions across all levels of the organisation.
