To ensure that people are not burnt out and don’t get stretched beyond a point, HRIS monitors the attendance and if any member in the team is working more than 10 working days in a row, the manager along with reviewing manager and HR Business Partner gets an email to remind that their team member has not taken a break for last 10 days. The manager immediately needs to check how and why this case has come up and ensure that the team member gets a break.

The organization always recognizes good work and special efforts and new ideas. They always appreciate us for our good work by special rewards and recognition.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
It starts with hiring high-quality talent and then ensuring that one does everything in one’s power to create an environment that allows them to succeed, which in turn leads to the success of the organisation and the creation of a workplace with highly motivated people.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?
The biggest benefit is what I like to call the virtuous cycle of a great place to work. A Great Place to Work leads to highly engaged employees that leads to better org performance that leads to a more engaging and motivating workplace, which once again leads to highly engaged employees and so on.

The second big benefit is that it provides a competitive advantage, which is not easy for competitors to copy. Building a Great Place to Work requires years of effort before the virtuous cycle kicks in, which gives you a sustainable edge over the competition.

3. What are your top people priorities?
Smart talent acquisition strategies, effective performance management and reward systems, consistent leadership development and innovative employee engagement mechanisms.

We have seen a significant jump in employee engagement that has led to tangible improvement in financial outcomes.

- People sentiment around the growth aspects and overall working of the Real Estate Industry

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
- Leadership Buy-In – Our CEO and the complete leadership team is committed to the vision of creating Great Place to Work and collectively working towards this mission.
- Giving ownership to the People Managers to drive the culture and work as catalysts/partners to creating consistency of experience. Also, coach them and guide them on this journey.
- Deliver made to order experience keeping in mind diverse talent archetype and geographical presence and having an egalitarian approach while offering customized solutions
- Create robust processes/guidelines that work as a constitutional guideline and no one including the CEO is above/exception to it. Fairness and Equity are an integral part of our culture.
