Under this program – people shared their stories of how they exhibited their company values that led to a great customer experience (internal or external). These stories were about times when they were able to bring about an impact through the behaviors that are VALUEable to them.
To ensure that people are not burnt out and don’t get stretched beyond a point, HRIS monitors the attendance and if any member in the team is working more than 10 working days in a row, the manager along with reviewing manager and HR Business Partner gets an email to remind that their team member has not taken a break for last 10 days. The manager immediately needs to check how and why this case has come up and ensure that the team member gets a break.
