The MD Flash is a periodic email message that has been a key mode of formal communication from our MD to all Gabriel employees. The MD Flash is a direct source of information to the Gabriel community about recent business developments, awards received, milestones achieved, and special events celebrated. The message also serves as a tool to recognize certain teams that have won competitions and exceeded targets.
What better way to inspire and motivate employees than bringing out and highlighting internal stories of success! Meet the Stars is a series of interviews at Gabriel of team members who have completed more than 5 years and have demonstrated exceptional performance and growth. Each month these members are interviewed by the HR team and these stories are documented and shared across all locations. In addition, the interviews are also displayed on the notice boards at each plant. The series serves as an excellent recognition tool and an inspiration to the younger talent at Gabriel.
