In the Learning Management System, Infiniti has provided a tab for the employees all across the organisation till the level of the store associate to send in their training request or any information they seek to know more information about. With so many products being launched and technology being enhanced almost everyday, this also becomes a quick and easy platform, especially for the store teams to voice their needs/concerns which are then duly addressed and closed by the training team.

At Croma, leaders have developed a Cheers Programme to encourage similar behaviours. Through this initiative, employees can give a "You Made My Life Easier” card to express gratitude to colleagues who went an extra mile, helped in accomplishing a task or supported in a time of need. Over time, this helps in building a healthy work environment where employees support each other to achieve individual and organizational objectives.

The current or prospective employees of Croma should take immense pride in being a part of the great Tata lineage. They are assured of a healthy work-life balance with a people-centric approach. The Croma way of life at work gives them equal opportunities for growth, sturdy learning and an upskilling environment, a chance to excel in whatever they do along with rewards and recognition for the efforts they put in. What binds all of this together are our values of going beyond the ordinary and providing excellence in whatever we do.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?
Like any other Retail organisation, Croma too has to deal with challenges in retaining the manpower; along with constant endeavour in upskilling and providing growth opportunities for the employees.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
The leadership team at Croma strongly believes in giving equal opportunities to all the employees, irrespective of the gender or age. All internal job postings or promotions are kept open for qualifying and deserving individuals.

Many engagement activities are done to connect more with the company who in turn become our brand ‘Croma’ advocates. The focus is also leveraged to the brand staff and 3rd party staff who are affiliated with us; in training and orientating them on the ‘Croma way of life’.

All our employees feel listened to through interventions like a monthly Open House which is a forum to share their feedback and suggestions, quarterly online employee satisfaction survey and the annual Town Hall connects with the front line staff to get their inputs. In order to close the loop on providing consistent workplace experiences, an organisation level action plan is also rolled out with timed and measurable deliverables.
