In the Learning Management System, Infiniti has provided a tab for the employees all across the organisation till the level of the store associate to send in their training request or any information they seek to know more information about. With so many products being launched and technology being enhanced almost everyday, this also becomes a quick and easy platform, especially for the store teams to voice their needs/concerns which are then duly addressed and closed by the training team.
At Croma, leaders have developed a Cheers Programme to encourage similar behaviours. Through this initiative, employees can give a "You Made My Life Easier” card to express gratitude to colleagues who went an extra mile, helped in accomplishing a task or supported in a time of need. Over time, this helps in building a healthy work environment where employees support each other to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
