It is an initiative for Management Cadre Staff to have a dialogue with the People’s Committee at a departmental level to discuss current happenings, issues and queries. It is an effort to provide a platform for employees to have an open departmental dialogue. The initiative will fulfil its objective as the employees get a platform to have a conversation with the People’s Committee as a team in a secure and free environment.
An internal Book Club is driven by team HR to discuss books and share learning of external training programs. It contributes to the development of the employees as well as motivates employees to pick up the habit of reading.
