- Great Workplace is where people trust each other, take pride not only in self-work and accomplishments but feel happy when others – seniors, colleagues and juniors – do a great job.
- Great Workplace is where one takes pride and feels happy when his/her successor performs even better than himself/herself.
- Great Workplace is where failure is not condemned but seen as a valuable experience on road to excel.
- Great Workplace is where people come to work not because they have to but because they want to/love to.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?

1. Performance of organization (including financial perspective) improves continually and people feel validated on their competencies, their worth.
