Dil Khol Ke Bol

“Dil Khol Ke Bol” is the Managing Director’s direct helpline for all employees at METRO. Through this platform, an employee can directly reach out to the Managing Director on any issue or discussion. People can write to him directly and ask questions, give suggestions, and raise escalations, complaints. All the questions posted are answered twice-a-day by the MD himself.

Joining Metro has been a positive move for me. Right from the interview process till onboarding there was transparency and clear expectations set. There is a great positive vibe at work and people are extremely friendly. I was given enough time to settle down in my role and there was always support when required. New ideas are respected and good work is always appreciated.
