This Initiative allows each staff member an informal platform where they can connect with the Plant Manager during Lunch time. The staff member chosen at random by the HR team has a special lunch with the plant head. This enables the management to understand the aspirations and challenges till the last mile of the organization. The frequency of this initiative is once a month.
One working day is given as paid of for all shopfloor employees every month where they have to attend office but not work. They participate in sports and cultural activity during this time.
Freedom to think of new solutions to problems and implement those solutions and respect for the work done makes it a great workplace.
