Meal with the Manager

This Initiative allows each staff member an informal platform where they can connect with the Plant Manager during Lunch time. The staff member chosen at random by the HR team has a special lunch with the plant head. This enables the management to understand the aspirations and challenges till the last mile of the organization. The frequency of this initiative is once a month.



Pay to Play

One working day is given as paid of for all shopfloor employees every month where they have to attend office but not work. They participate in sports and cultural activity during this time.

Freedom to think of new solutions to problems and implement those solutions and respect for the work done makes it a great workplace.

It has ushered in creditable change strategies in our organization by helping us to objectively look at people practices and gauge its reach, effectiveness and impact. An employee-centric culture focused on learning and development, this result in the growth of employees as well as organisation.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?
The industry is going through challenging times due to the global slowdown. In such a scenario, talent may shift the industry.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization?
We maintain consistency right from uniform we wear to the food we eat. We have standardized all employee-related process with regular reviews to ensure consistency.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals?
We are participating in Great Place to Work® Assessment since 2013. We follow the Great Place to Work® framework of engagement. Over the years, it has guided us in improvisation of many practices. The detailed reports have given good insights into the engagement levels of the employees.
