Puma encourages STYLE and SPORT. They have designed a way to inspire these 2 elements by introducing the Puma STYLE CARDS. These style cards are given to those who live the brand and are absolutely stylish. In house style ambassadors are given the right and duty to award all those employees who are stylish and present to them a Style card. This is like an award which inspires/encourages employees to live the brand and be stylish.
It is an initiative towards building a culture of Inclusion & Diversity across all functions and hierarchy. Under this, they partner with NGOs to provide employment to women from underprivileged backgrounds. Along with gender, they conduct special recruitment drives for differently abled employees who then work across their stores in different regions.
