Joy of Giving

Sayaji celebrates “Joy of Giving Week” for the whole one week from 02nd October to 08th October every year. For the event, they had tied up with NGO “Goonj” for all the units where they use the logos and smiley dots with the promotion of the event through FM Channels for MP, CG. They also tie up with the city’s “local heroes” or young social workers for organizing local events in units to felicitate promotions and media encouragement.



Taking Care

Sick leaves will keep getting longer if employees don’t recover soon. Speedy recovery is well supported by rest and good food. While all employers do provide sick leave to their employees so that they can recover and heal soon. Sayaji has taken a step forward to ensure that their employees not only rest but eat well too. To do this Sayaji provides complimentary take away "Sick Meals" to staff with an illness. An employee who is not well can ask a friend (Sayaji staff) to go to the room Service to pick the “sick meal” for them. No money deduction will be there from the meal plans of the sick staff or the person picking up a "sick meal".

The best part of our organization is the freedom to work as well as the authority to make decisions at every level, each one is responsible to make decisions keeping our values in mind that is guest first.
