Sentiss Pharma proactively builds a relationship with the core of their organization- its employees, through various unique practices, starting from even before the candidates join them by providing 'Interview goody bags' which consists of eatables like juice, wafers, water and a Sentiss memorabilia. This not only helps the candidate understand their culture but also makes the person feel comfortable. On acceptance of the offer, Sentiss goes a step further in building a strong bond with the family members of the new joinee by sending them a bouquet of flowers and taking them on a company provided office trip.

Seat Swap

Every Friday each employee’s seat is swapped with another employee on a random selection basis. This enables them to increase collaboration levels cross-functionally. The activity is aimed at giving a heads-up to employees to get out of their comfort zones and build a more flexible approach to know new people throughout the organization.

Here in organization seniors are very supportive. Always appreciates and rewards the good idea and suggestions. All suggestions are reviewed fairly and implemented effectively. Here are culture anchors which played a vital role to understand the role and responsibilities of the individual towards the job and society.Caring for society is an extremely good practice in our organization.All employees care for society and take part in seva activity with their financial support. e.g. old-age home, plantation.

1. What is your approach to making a Great Workplace?
I believe a human mind is a wondrous place with unimaginable, untapped potential. Sentiss endeavours to be a great workplace by taking care of the overall well-being of our associates, including mental, physical, social and cognitive wellbeing.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?
Sentiss exists to be the best in industry, for which creating a great workplace becomes essential. This entails engaging existing employees to work as a team, break silos, be aligned with the company's values and culture, maintain a good work /life balance through our various initiatives, identifying anchors of the different generations that are present in the workforce today and addressing their varied needs and concerns. Creating such an environment leads to a high level of engagement, collaboration, which leads to everyone moving closer to a common goal.

From an external standpoint, being a great workplace makes the brand aspirational for the potential employees, thereby making one an employer of choice. The right talent in the right place is what differentiates a good team from a great team. Being a great team, most importantly, enables us to serve our customers with the highest quality and reliability standards.

3. What are your top people priorities?
Sentiss has an ambitious growth target. And we realize that the target is only achievable if the people are empowered, developed and aligned with the vision. Hence, for the next year and onwards, Sentiss will focus extensively on enhancing its people capabilities, co-creating an environment that empowers, engages and entices them to enter the next orbit of their potential and deliver at an exponentially higher and better level.
