Tata Power-DDL (earlier North Delhi Power Limited) was incorporated on July 2002 as a JV of Tata Power (51%) and Delhi Government (49%) on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and took over the license to distribute electricity to the North & North West part of Delhi. In an environment where power distribution utilities across the country are reeling under heavy losses and experiencing acute power shortages and quality issues, Tata Power-DDL has consistently overachieved its targets and scripted an unprecedented turnaround story.

InnoWar was conceptualised in FY 2015-16 in order to align trainees in the direction towards larger organisational vision and strategy and create an innovative mindset right from their induction. Groups are formed comprising 8-10 trainees from various disciplines/ streams i.e. Electrical, Electronics and Communications, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, CSR, etc. which are lead under young experienced professional(s) of the organization.
Men At Work was introduced in 2017 in order to appreciate and inspire the employees through showcasing various department’s functioning, achievements and contribution towards achieving organizational vision, mission and goals. In this, an Audio Visual is released on a quarterly basis by the Corp Communication Department, where the employees of a particular department describe their work and how they contribute towards larger organizational goals.
