Values day is celebrated through a defined calendar to educate and reinforce their values. Each of the Value is picked up through a theme day and is celebrated. Employees are requested to give a statement and tell how they resonate with that value and who they want to name amongst their group as their role model in following that value.
Many female candidates find it hard to convince their families to allow them to work in a BPO. Teleperformance has taken the initiative to start calling their parents and explaining what they are as a company and how will the family member get a safe working environment with them. In many cases, the team members visit their home and clear all their doubts. The family is also encouraged to visit their facility or accompany the employee on first day at work as well as meet other female employees working with them so that they are confident that family member will get a great culture to work in.
