They are the technology support wing of Admiral Group, one of the most trusted firms providing insurance products across the world for over two decades. Admiral Technologies is a 100% owned subsidiary of Inspop.com Limited, UK, providing IT Services and Technology support provider. The company started its operations from India on 16th January 2009. It is now in turbo mode to meet the growing demands of the group companies.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace? 
Great Place is synonymous with a great culture that is built by its employees. We love to bring people on board who like what they do and then provide them with tools and environment to do it better. Right from welcoming them into the organization, to allocating them to projects, to training, to communication, to rewards & recognition we ensure that all team members are treated equally and have equal opportunities to grow within the organization. All this is done without forgetting one of the most important pillars of our culture which is FUN.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace? 
Being part of a great workplace assessment study and to be recognized by Great Place to Work® allows us to attract talent which may be difficult for us to attract otherwise in this competitive industry. It showcases to our employees that as an organization we are always looking to make work fun, maintain the work-life balance which is extremely important in today’s day and age. Most importantly it tells the team that they can trust us because we are ready to adapt and always ready to listen to make the organization an even better place to work for them. 

3. What are your top people's priorities? 
Talent Acquisition & Retention along with building a great career path for every team member within the organization are 2 of the most important people priorities for our organization. 

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
Getting recognition from Great Place to Work® has allowed us to gain even more trust of our customers in Europe, the UK, and the USA. Being part of Admiral Group plc which has participated in this survey for over 10 years it allows us to showcase that we have been able to successfully build an organization in India whose DNA is built on the culture of Admiral which is very unique in its own way.

1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization?
We treat our employees with respect in all walks of life, we ensure appreciation of good work right on time and instil the culture of learning. We encourage co-operation over competition and foster a community feeling amongst all our employees. Our culture encourages us to adopt greater flexibility in our day-to-day work life. 

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
The biggest challenge for us in the knowledge-based industry is managing the skill gap of our staff since the technology is really moving on a very fast pace, every day is a new day in terms of innovation happening in technology space. Creating and managing innovative teams while inspiring them is another challenge to ensure they’re satisfied with their jobs and working smarter. 

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization? 
Our philosophy at Admiral Group is that people who like what they do, do it better so we go out of our way to ensure coming to work here is enjoyable. We are proud to offer an honest and open culture, every member of staff is treated as an equal, achievement is rewarded and recognized and most of all, coming to work is enjoyable. 

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
Participating in Great Place to Work® assessment has helped us in learning, measuring and sharing the best people practices in varied industries beyond Information technology space. It gave us an opportunity to take a deep dive into our current practices, the feedback from our employees helped us to take the corrective actions while measuring the trust index in the Great Place to Work® assessment survey.
