Sonru is an automated video interview tool used for shortlisting candidates at the Bacardi India Private Limited. This tool checks the fitment of a candidate by asking them specific culture assessment questions.
To promote cross-functional collaboration and give an opportunity to all employees to work directly in the marketplace, employees are sent to the bar to promote Bacardi India Private Limited's cocktails and take feedback directly from customers. This helped in promoting a culture of participation and instilling Founder’s mentality.
