I have relocated 6 years ago from the US to join Doynesys. My experience with the company has been very good since its inception. I have been given the opportunity to prove my ideas and the senior management is very cooperative to achieve the same. Since then I have promoted from a Principal consultant to program manager. My organization provides a healthy and supportive atmosphere for everyone. It encourages employees to learn, certify, and help in personal improvement. Everyone is fostered to achieve the best.

This has opened our eyes to some areas that we have never thought before like for e.g., blood relatives working in the organization. 1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization? 
Communication and having dialogues is the key for imbibing the work culture. We make sure that we have constant communication. In Doyensys we focus right from that way we communicate and interact with employees, what we communicate and emphasize, vision for the future, what we celebrate and recognize, the stories that we share, how we make decisions, ABOVE ALL THE TRUST THAT WE DEVELOP, are all the reasons for the award that we hold in our hand today. We strongly believe in developing the positive work culture.

 2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
Meeting the salary expectation. Adapting and work along with the Millennials 

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization? 
We have policies and best practices in place to take care of ALL. We have an Equal workplace environment right from the interview selection process to a succession plan. To make sure of this, we have formed multiple Committees that help to have constant communication and help ALL to ensure employees have consistent workplace experience. Example 1.: An anti-sexual harassment initiative has been started by the HR called the ‘DASHI’ (Doyensys Anti Sexual Harassment Initiative) for addressing areas of sexual harassment. Example 2: Nightshift “wellbeing Committee”- This committee makes sure that the employees are given a healthy snack, Doctor visits, Travel arrangements, Allowances, etc. Example 3: Women are giving part-time Work From Home option to ensure their safety, in this option Women can choose to leave early and connect from Home.

 4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
If Culture Comes First, Performance Will Follow. The extensive survey and the Audits are done by Great Place to Work® were in Global Standards which helped us to understand the right things that we were doing today around communicating our Purpose, Culture and continue the same. The kind of Branding that we have got from the Great Place to Work® helps us in reaching out to the larger audience which will help us in hiring and retaining talents. Through Great Place to Work ®, now we have set the benchmark for ourselves so it motivates us to do more good things to employees.
