1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
Enrich is a young company, in a fast-growing Indian Solar industry. With high growth, the organization’s key resource, its human capital, is also challenged to achieve stretched targets and operate in a business environment that is competitive. While challenges have a positive impact, it can importantly be a catalyst to build teamwork amongst functions, employees, and stakeholders. Inclusive growth would be a true success, where the employees have a great time working, learning and achieving to their fullest potential, as also the stakeholders feel re-assured with the organization’s approach to business and mutual wellbeing. This is at the heart of our employee policies, processes and value system nurtured at Enrich. Enrich is also in a business that builds sustainable energy and promotes sustainable living. 1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization?

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
As the Indian Solar energy industry is witnessing high growth, organizations are facing challenges related to talent acquisition and retention of a skilled workforce. Therefore, the Solar industry is investing considerably in grooming workforce from other industries, training them to take specific responsibilities in project execution as well as operation and maintenance of the solar projects. With the competition being high, organizations face stiff budget restrictions, also a high propensity among the Solar companies to poach the trained and experienced workforce who are productive from day one. 

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization?
The people policies and practices are designed to ensure that Enrich Energy is an “Equal Opportunity Employer” and a value-driven organization. This ensures a consistent workplace experience for all. The performance management system ensures continuous mutual discussions and mid-course corrections so that the evaluation of MBO based target achievement system is well accepted and result-driven. This leads to a fair reward, recognition and incentive system based upon equity without any biases.

This association has led to a definite sense of pride in work amongst both existing and potential employees. Earlier Enrich was a Partner of Choice for its Customers and Vendors, now it has become an employer of choice too.
