Innovation Program

As one of the core values of Experion Developers Private Limited is 'Innovation' workshops are conducted by the innovation committee wherein employees are encouraged to contribute beyond their job role by giving suggestions for improvement in their own or any other department. These suggestions are reviewed by the Innovation Committee and implemented wherever practicable.



Commute For women employees:

At Experion Developers Pvt. Ltd. Women employees are advised to leave the office early, and in case they stay up to 7:30pm, they are given the company cars or are reimbursed for cabs to go back to their residences.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace? 
Creating a cohesive community where each individual strives to achieve the common goals is what makes a Great Workplace. This can be done when we can transform every employee and enable them to reach the next level. That is what we strive to achieve at Experion. 

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace? 
A great Workplace has multiple benefits, both for the organization as well as the employees. A Great Workplace fosters teamwork and innovation, which ranks very high on my benefits list. Also, the trust-building that happens within and between workgroups helps immensely in creating a more productive and harmonious workplace. 

3. What are your top people priorities? 
Building the required competencies within the organization and aligning the entire workforce towards the common goals is very high on my people priorities list.

1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization? 
Our present and potential employees can be sure of getting a trusting and enabling environment. Right from the onboarding of an employee, the senior management gets involved and ensures that he/she understands and appreciates the vision, values, and culture of the organization. A buddy is also assigned to help the employee understand the policies and processes and ease him/her into the assigned role.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
As an employer, we lookout for the best brains along with the cultural fitment, not only from the same industry but also from other industries in order to have a healthy mix of people. However, this industry, like most of the others, is facing the challenge of finding them. As we do not compromise on talent acquisition, hence we sometimes have to search more extensively and remain, patient, till we get the right fitment in place.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure etc. in the organization? 
Our policies address all sections of the employees of our organization irrespective of gender, tenure, age, location, etc. Our engagement activities are designed in such a way that they involve all our employees across all locations. Even our Reward and Recognition schemes have been developed to ensure that every level across all our functions and locations have similar chances of getting them. 

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
 Great Place to Work® has provided us with a platform to benchmark ourselves with the bests across industries.
