The company is currently servicing nearly half a million consumers spread over 9,000 sq km in Odisha with an objective of creating greater operational efficiencies, better load management and improvement in consumer services.

Value Champion Policy

FEDCO publishes a dedicated monthly column called ‘Are You a Value Champion?’ on Fountie, the company intranet that focuses on discussing the importance and relevance of the company's core values and also invites nominations for employees who consider themselves/are considered as true ambassadors for the core values through their actions and behaviours. specific instances which bring out these are published on Fountie and shared with the feedback community at large.




With more than 580 children spread across 4 orphanages, care has been taken by FEDCO to spread awareness, celebrating festivals with them, organizing sports and other events, helping them with funds, study materials, solar lamps, etc.

This company believes in grooming its employees, gives them adequate training and opportunities to grow professionally. Hasn't taken any action against anybody without knowing the fact through proper investigation processes. It has created a Community Engagement Division where a special team has been assigned with the task to reach the communities, speak to them on their satisfaction level and provide them with necessary services to build their confidence on the company. I think no company does this.
