Frog Cellsat offers membership to its premium Platinum Club to few members. The selection for Platinum Club is solely at the discretion of the management. Platinum Club comes with special privileges such as Flexi Timings, No Leave deductions, leisure outings with family, etc.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace? 
People connect is the most important aspect of any Great Place. I try to maintain a direct connection with all the Frog Team Members irrespective of their position. This is further topped by open and transparent communication and making each team member feel important in what they are contributing to, at Frog Cellsat. 

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace? 
When Team Members feel comfortable at the workplace they deliver at their highest efficiency and remain aligned with the objective of the company. Great workplace usually sees very less turnaround of employees and that again helps the business by reducing time spent in training and getting new replacement workforce into the system.

3. What are your top people priorities? 
We treat all our team members as part of our bigger family. We try and work with our team to ensure that no team member faces any stress due to the work environment. We also try to work with team members to reduce any challenge they face in their personal lives. 

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
Great Place to Work® is an excellent way to get to know where we stand both with respect to how our team feels about us and how we stand as compared to our peers. We also learn about good practices that other companies have adopted and motivate us to pick a few of the really good ones and enhance our workplace by implementing them.

1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization? 
At Frog we take pride in providing a fair & open culture, flat organization – with a direct approach to all CXOs including the CEO. Frog offers a perfect blend of a formal environment conducive to learning and development, and family bonding which enhances the happiness quotient of each team member. Respect for people at all cadre is core to us and growth is an inevitable by-product which comes with all the above. 

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
The biggest challenge which the industry is facing currently is getting trained manpower. This results in a lot of time investment in on the job training.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization? 
Firstly, we are a very receptive and open organization. There is a proper system to ensure that each team member is heard. There is a regular 360-degree feedback process which ensures that each member gets an opportunity to voice his / her opinion. All our policies are transparent, and we seek regular suggestions on them from the team. Many policies are framed in accordance with team members. Policies and processes are fair and unbiased.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals?
At Frog, the prime most goal is its people’s well-being and happiness. Through our association with Great Place to Work®, we get to hear the honest feedback from our team which provides us with a clear path for the future.
