Aligned with its Road Safety Vision and Mission, the company has taken the target to reduce road deaths by 10% by 2020 - by producing high-quality safety products and creating awareness to people through different forums, like organizing roadshows, walkathon, "no honking campaign", nukkad natak, snake & ladder, visiting schools for road awareness, national highways, toll-plazas, with the help of NHAI, rahgiri (every Sunday morning), Wall of Kindness-Neki Ki Diwar (donation of old clothes to needy), to name a few.
Hella India Lighting has a great practice for the same-named "TellUS!" which is an internet-based reporting portal. The employees can use it to report any serious misconduct.
