Parichay, as the name suggests is the introduction phase of the employee within the company. To ensure a smooth transition into the new role, the reporting manager and the Hr sPoc identify the BuDDY to new joinee. The buddy is expected to take over being the pal, who helps the colleague settle into the organization. The role remains for a 3-month window. at the end of the three months Buddy Programme, the Hr sPoc will get the Buddy review form filled by the new employee. The brief questionnaire is aimed at ensuring continuous enhancement of the Buddy Program. The questionnaire has to be filled by the new employee and returned to the Hr sPoc within 7 days of its receipt. each quarter the best buddy is rewarded under flagship program ‘Hi5!’ basis feedback from the new recruit.
Inorbit Pink Power is a startup launcher initiative which helps women extend their business in shopping malls. This gives them a chance to try/test their business by utilizing free retail space provided by the mall for a period of 5 months. This campaign was extended not only to women across the city but to Inorbit Women Employees as well.
