Single Teachers School

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, JK Fenner has been working with Swami Vivekananda Rural Development Society on Project called ‘Single Teacher School’. JK Fenner adopted a sub – Block of 30 schools in ten different rural villages of Sriperumbudur: The objective of this program is to create awareness and motivate children to facilitate the learning process. In the current fiscal year, 900 students benefitted through 30 centers. 3600 Children have been educated since 2014.

Comparing with other companies I have worked, I feel this company's vision and goals are clear. Employees are given lots of responsibilities and freedom to learn new things on the job. As per the industry standard, the salaries are fair and on time.

• The organisation provides a working environment which gives continuous learning opportunity. We continuously ensure that there is learning environment during the working hours. This will be through Internal / External /International Platform.
• The team members get that additional space (Freedom) to experiment, leading to newer ideas. Innovation is continuously welcomed.

• The technology is changing rapidly; the effort to keep all team members regularly updated on the technology is a demanding challenge.
• A new work culture is evolving an agile workforce; to adapt these challenges is another demanding challenge.
• All team members adapting to new work culture is equally important.

• All team members of our organization irrespective of age, role, gender, and tenure are involved in their work which gives their professional satisfaction with learning growth.
• We involve all our team members depending upon their capabilities in different projects through Cross-functional team (CFT), so they are directly responsible for the growth of the company.
