Work Vacation

As a group, they go to a place far from the office, work together for 3 days (say Wednesday-Friday). They party in the evenings and on weekends (Sat-Sun). They meet people from other teams and locations, sit in diverse groups and work. They learn about each others’ work, what it takes, contribute ideas and just continue working. Work vacation doesn’t have an end objective but in small ways, it helps them bond, share and collaborate better.

KNOLSKAPE organizes family photoshoots and the kids’ photoshoot for all families, helping families know each other, share and form a strong social support system.

Management and peers value you as a person irrespective of the age or job role we hold. The CEO is proactive and approachable for all the employees. In fact, all C-level people and managers make time for us out of their busy schedules to address our needs or concerns. On the whole, the organization is truly transparent. 1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization?
Knolskape will present a high level of engaging and inspiring work culture where meritocracy is the common denominator across the levels. Every knolly will be respected for their individuality and their contribution. We will help everyone identify their purpose and achieve their goals by constantly nudging and encouraging.

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing?
In this age of millennials, constant learning and unlearning of how we think and operate is the need of the hour. Giving people adequate time to balance these priorities of on the job demand, upskilling and learning constantly, identifying their unique purpose and aligning to the organizational goals is a continues to challenge.

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization? 
We strive for consistency in every touchpoint of employee experience right from the pre-hiring stage to an employee leaving the organization. We identify the key value proposition in each stage of the employee life cycle and constantly try to meet those standards. We constantly succeed in delivering those experiences by making everyone accountable to meet the laid down standards.

The association with Great Place to Work® is a great endorsement of how an organization delivers on people's priorities. It’s a Gold standard in terms of external representation of how an organization treats people. Action determines priorities.
