1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
My personal approach is to make people think about the benefit of the rest of us before we think about ourselves. Moulding this attitude into a culture (where everyone else comes before me) among everyone at the workplace would make it a great place to work. I believe this is one of those very fundamental behaviour styles a community should nurture if it wants to build a trust-based ecosystem. Communication and camaraderie are essential to help build this culture. Therefore, creating avenues for our people to have open conversations, helping others to understand their strengths, giving them guidance and opportunities to exercise their best, are all critical towards instilling confidence in people. Another thing that I have always passionately aspired to achieve to make Litmus7 a great workplace, is to help create brands out of our people. For this, I allow them complete freedom to pursue their passion and do what they enjoy doing best. I truly believe that the workplace should be an incredible experience for discovering oneself, both professionally and personally, by unearthing our inner potential. What we do in our professional lives take us on the journey of ultimate self-discovery. And awareness of this vital truth makes a company provide its employees with the fertile ground for holistic growth. So I do not want to merely build a technology company, instead, it should be a great workplace where people can find their true self. Nurturing happiness at the workplace where people spend the major part of their day should be the key to a successful organization

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?
1. Our people will feel they are ‘living’ their most productive hours happily. Usually, people are forced to live a work-life they don’t really enjoy, but having a great workplace that gives them the freedom to follow their dreams ensures that they get to live life on their terms. 
2. An organization can help people become successful by letting them discover their ‘real self’ and making them into a brand of their own, either by bringing out their latent capabilities/talent or by supporting them to differentiate themselves from the rest of the crowd. 

3. What are your top people priorities? 
Help my people build

3. A pleasant and happy work environment where we support, learn and innovate together.
I want people to emerge from within and handle leadership roles so that they will get the exposure and ability to design organizational solutions and processes through a democratic, consensus-based process. Create an organization with emotion, driven through democratic principles by giving people the right to protect the fundamental organizational philosophy which is rooted in our four pillars of Happiness, Credibility, Leadership, and Innovation. We designed a Bi-Directional Flatarchy organization using our FLUID (Fearless Leaders who are Unbiased, Innovative and Determined) culture where people join a club rather than joining Litmus7. 

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
Every organization needs to have its checks and balances, both internal and external, in its pursuit of excellence. Great Place to Work® is in a way a means of soul-searching for us as an organization. Great Place to Work® helped us really introspect to analyze and validate our organization design as it is now, against its original, avowed intent. With the win of the Great Place to Work® award, we are reassured that we were journeying in the right direction not only in the perspective of our own people but in that of people across other organizations as well. It motivates us to better ourselves, optimize our offerings and run the extra mile when it comes to employee satisfaction.

1. What can your present and potential employees be sure of from a work culture perspective in the organization? 
Litmus7 is more than just a technology company. There’s no hierarchy or corporate ladder to climb here. Instead, our tribe culture is all about giving our employees a great experience and discovering themselves in the process, whether it be professionally or personally. We expect our employees to be part of the growth and take up roles where people can give their best and be happy with their work. So we have created a space brimming with positivity where incredibly skilled minds are empowered to put in their best. Freedom is the key thing here and everyone can pursue their passion, develop it to its full potential and script their own success stories. Our FLUID culture is all about being Fearless Leaders who are Unbiased, Innovative and Determined. For us success is not just about making money, it’s more about finding happiness and creating change in other people’s lives as well as our customers. We believe in togetherness, having fun and supporting each other in our journey to make positive changes in the world 

2. What, according to you, is a people challenge your industry is facing? 
The technology industry is constantly evolving, ever so now than at any other time in the past. But our current education system is not fully equipped to meet the demand. Colleges do not equip students with the need of the hour, which is a holistic skilled talent that would make them able business leaders. This seems to be the biggest challenge we are facing, where people are educated sometimes at the biggest of all colleges but they are simply not skilful! Nor do they have the right attitude in being socially and emotionally intelligent. This is very important because engaged workers have an emotional commitment to their work and company. They’ll do anything and go the extra mile to get the work done and the last thing that they’d give is an ‘excuse’ And at Litmus7, we say that excuses are not to be excused! We are constantly on the lookout for people who think differently and are innovative. We always want to be a step ahead of the time so that people always feel they have something to learn from us. It’s that thought which gets us projects and precisely why our clients choose to regard us as premium. The inner belief and confidence coupled with a positive outlook towards changing the future of this world are what we look for in our people. People are our forte and finding the right kind of talent who not only excel in their work but fits into our culture does pose a challenge. 

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization? 
At Litmus7 we have a flatarchy and each person is encouraged to grow in their role. Anybody can connect with the CEO irrespective of their designation or tenure at any point of time through the Club’s Voice Your Noise forum. All are given equal freedom to pursue their passion and to work on whatever they feel they can do best. Work from home option is given to all and sundry if they can state the right reasons. Even if the newest or the least experienced employee comes up with an innovative idea, it is heard by all and is suitably rewarded. Nobody enjoys any special kind of privileges as we see ourselves as one single-family and we are there for each other to support and care for in an hour of need.

Its been a real empowering partnership with Great Place to Work® so far. The recognition has helped put to ease a lot of apprehensions that freshers have of any company. Moreover, it definitely adds to the authenticity and confidence in those who look forward to engaging with us as employees or business partners.
