Employee Testimonial

This organisation has been like a family to me for the last 5 years. And the amount of patience, understanding, and love, each person has to give is astounding. There is genuine care in this organisation, and we're allowed to be ourselves. I have never felt judged, and have always been encouraged to take ownership. The bond is so strong that I know I have a home to stay in at least 23 cities in the country.

Leaders Speak

Jithin C Nedumala

CEO, Founder, Make A Difference

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
If you are able to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves and dare to dream, knowing fully well the collective will support you to make your dream a reality and back you up when you fail, then you have created a great place to work where people live life like superheroes. The Trifecta:
1. High Expectations
2. High Support
3. High Tolerance for Failure

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?

3. What are your top people priorities?
1. Unleash their true potential
2. Care for them deeply

Vrishi Reddy

Director - Human Capital, Make A Difference

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
Culture, People and Systems. When I think about what we’ve achieved in MAD as a workplace, this is the winning combination. A culture based on ownership, care, openness, and trust brings people together as a strong knit team. While systems back the culture by creating platforms and processes for cross-functionality, alignment, accountability, and transparency. I’ve found that hiring the right people and putting them in a collective that empowers them can do wonders. With the right people and a culture that helps them be their best selves, an organization is bound to be a Great Place to Work®.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace?
When people love their jobs, it shows in the work they do. By creating a great workplace where people take ownership of the organization, we’re directly impacting the outcomes by having people think like CEOs/Founders and not just think of it as a job. Also, having a great workplace means that employees want to stick on for longer periods. Longer retention of people is another strong benefit of being a Great Workplace

3. What are your top people priorities?
Recruiting the right people, forming teams that care deeply for each other, making every person a vision guardian with ownership and spaces to do more and creating strong connect that almost feels like family.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals?
Being associated with Great Place to Work® has helped us validate our own practices and culture and understand our strength and growth areas. It has also brought recognition and interest from potential partners and employees.
