Max Skill First Limited understands the security needs of its women employees and takes responsibility for it well. Women employees are not allowed to work in the offices post 8 pm. The managers are advised to ensure compliance with the same. In case women do have to stay back, transport as well as a guard is arranged to ensure their safety. The practice is a simple yet impactful step to let the women and their families know that the company firmly believes in caring for its employees.
This a series of weekly mailers which act as an information platform and go out to every employee. The objective is to create awareness to all about company policies, programs, policy changes, new processes introduced etc. These are disseminated from the HR desk. Covering each aspect that remotely touches the lives of the employees at MSF continues to educate and update them on aspects that are both critical in their professional and personal area.
