There are many instances where organizations send out personalized gift hampers with a note from the senior management to every employee’s family, thanking them for their support and contribution to the success of the organization.
Hotseat is an informal introductory session at Quovantis where the new joinees are brought together for an hour in an organization-wide session where the new team members are introduced and each team asks 2-3 questions. Questions around their aspirations, passion and achievements along with some quirky questions are thrown at them. The idea is to break the ice and have fun while getting to know them.
For every new Joinee the team decorates the desk and assign a Buddy so that they can feel comfortable, Time with Tarun, Product pe Charcha, Roundtable session, Product Demo- Where teams across the organization demonstrate about their product, Joy of Living, We received a postcard at their home address with a heartfelt message about our contributions that makes us a great workplace.
