The portal gives complete visibility to ideas, actions and various collaborative opportunities. While making the suggestion, employees have to tag the relevant department or area ensuring that the heads are notified and specify the objectives of the idea. Ideas that receive 25 or more likes are guaranteed to be considered by management and necessary action is taken.
Ryan India Tax Services Pvt.Ltd opened a new "feedback" feature in their HRIS system that allows Ryan team members to ask for and give others real-time feedback. Through their daily time logging and finance tracking software, employees can now request “Feedback on Self” from any employee within the firm with just a few clicks. Employees can also view aggregate “Feedback Received” through the same platform.
