RyanInnovates is Ryan India Tax Services' structured suggestion portal that helps capture company-wide feedback and suggestions in one place. The portal gives complete visibility to ideas, actions and various collaborative opportunities. While making the suggestion, employees have to tag the relevant department or area ensuring that the heads are notified and specify the objectives of the idea. Ideas that receive 25 or more likes are guaranteed to be considered by management and necessary action is taken.

Ryan India Tax Services Pvt.Ltd opened a new "feedback" feature in their HRIS system that allows Ryan team members to ask for and give others real-time feedback. Through their daily time logging and finance tracking software, employees can now request “Feedback on Self” from any employee within the firm with just a few clicks. Employees can also view aggregate “Feedback Received” through the same platform.

Unlike other corporate company, this organization feels like a work field where there is an abundant chance of expansion and opportunities for a new way of work.

Seek Insight. Ask for feedback from your employees, and then use it! Your employees will give you the blueprint to creating the workplace of the future.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace? 
We know that when we take care of our employees, they are more engaged, and more engaged employees drive exceptional results for our clients. After implementing the most innovative workplace flexibility program in our industry, we saw turnover drop to an all-time low and client satisfaction at an all-time high. We continue to raise the bar on workplace excellence with innovative programs and continue to see low turnover, coupled with soaring client satisfaction. 

3. What are your top people priorities? 
We want our employees to thrive professionally and personally. This year we are rolling out some great new tools to help them do just that. We are focusing on four key aspects of employee well-being, creating a framework that allows our employees to find unprecedented work-life success.

4. How has your association with Great Place to Work® helped your business and strategic goals? 
We have used Great Place to Work employee surveys and employee engagement tools around the world for over a decade. When we added our India office through an acquisition, the Great Place to Work® surveys was instrumental in helping us understand the culture and workplace we acquired. We were able to use this valuable insight year over year. We watched our scores improve, and now we are celebrating our third consecutive year on the list of Great Mid-sized Workplaces. As we expand and grow into other countries, we know that we have a tremendous resource in the Great Place to Work® team.
