I have joined this organization just about less than 6 months and I truly appreciate the fact that I was made to feel at home right from Day 1. Making me feel comfortable, valuable, organizing the right agenda and schedule for giving me an induction on HR process, policies, products, and solutions were all there just in place... According to me, a Great Workplace requires the leadership to lead with clear vision & values that empower & enable complete employee engagement. It also means providing an environment that fosters growth and innovation making SAS an engaging & enjoyable place to work.

The Technology industry is a highly volatile one with ever-changing skill requirements, which makes resourcing or for that matter fetching the right talent a crucial requirement. Moreover, competitive compensation being offered in the industry, as well as start-ups mushrooming in plenty, pose an increasing challenge to the knowledge hub. 

3. How are you ensuring a consistent workplace experience FOR ALL your employees, irrespective of their role, age, gender, tenure, etc. in the organization?
