Each participant is thanked for their suggestion along with the timeline mentioned for implementation. The individual whose suggestion has given the best business results is also awarded in their Annual Strategy Meet.
Mercedes-Benz India provides certification programs for Sales and Customer Service to employees at Silver Arrow Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. These programs are fully sponsored by the organization, and employees are nominated basis their performance and internal examination scores.
