At SourceFuse, every person with a child gets 5 working days off every year until the child reaches the age of twelve. This leave multiplies for the number of children an employee may have. The childcare leave can also be used for looking after ailing parents or even pets.
Any candidate who gives feedback of not being satisfied with the interview, due to whatever reasons, during the unsuccessful candidature round, can be called for re-interview. The candidate is given ample time to prepare and is asked to be thorough with the subject they are being interviewed on. The candidate is interviewed again and by the same panel. If the candidate complains of getting intimidated by the interviewer or uncomfortable with the interviewer, then the panel is revised for the re-interview.
SourceFuse is a culture driven organisation that really takes its values seriously. We have started implementing an open book accounting system - which shares the financial health of the companies with all internal stakeholders. There is an MIS in place that displays all key metrics and anyone is allowed to question/ask about any particular aspect. The idea is to foster true partnership and community within the organisation.
Since my arrival, I have noticed how each employee is taken care of, and because of that I have seen many employees are working here for years. All are given special care, in terms of what they want even if that requires changing their role and try new avenues within the organisation.
