Hub Portal

Any one on one meeting which is conducted by leads or TDMs are recorded in the Hub portal. When this meeting is recorded in their internal portal, there is an option to mark if there is anything that needs to be addressed/ escalated immediately. When this option (Red alert ) is marked, the Head HR and the CEO gets an email notification immediately. They contact the respective parties to discuss the issue and take the needed action.

1. What is your personal approach to making a Great Workplace?
A great workplace for me is where I would like to work for the rest of my life. Rather than looking outward and get inspired by what other organizations do, we look inward. What would I expect from my company? Respect. Identity. Freedom. Innovation. Compensation. Fun. Learning. Growth. Meritocracy. We focus madly on ensuring that our culture and our workplace is always a place where the above are valued and practised.

2. What are the top 2 benefits you see of creating a Great Workplace? 
There is one all-encompassing benefit that manifests in many forms. And that one benefit is a self-running business. Your teams work at a very high degree of passion and precision. Business is automatic as your people are working with passion. Organization growth propels individual learning and growth. Finding more talent to fuel the growth becomes easier.
