CreditAccess Grameen Limited is recognized among India's Best Workplaces in BFSI 2020. Every year, Great Place to Work® identifies these Best Workplaces through an objective and rigorous workplace culture assessment process. As a part of our annual research in India, this year a total of 83 BFSI organizations were evaluated and from them, 25 were identified among the Best in BFSI sector.

CreditAccess Grameen Limited was born out of the need for timely and affordable credit to India’s poor and low-income households. CreditAccess Grameen is a Micro Finance Institution (MFI) providing microcredit other financial services to the underbanked semi-urban and rural customers. They provide credit by using the method of Group guarantee model.

At CreditAccess, any employee can write to the Central Processing Head (CPC) when it comes to suggestions or any submission of views. This is a forum that encourages questions to be raised on any process which requires attention. The CPC head and his team will have to evaluate the suggestion or concern or any query and the same needs to be replied to the individual within a given TAT.

Collaborative Leadership Program

In this program at CreditAccess, the participants are placed in live situations to seek a diverse range of opinions and ideas from teammates and build strategies and solve problems. Through collaborative leadership, managers and executives create an inclusive environment that energizes teams, releases creativity, and cultivates a work culture that is both productive and joyful. The workshop also helps the participants to identify their strengths through a game-based interaction session.
