Passport to Greatness

Passport to Greatness' has been designed to combine sales information, mission operationalization, R&R, learning goals, and monthly appraisals of an employee. The passport looks like a regular passport with top sheet carrying the name of the associate, the inside carrying 2 sheets for each month where on the left sheet the associate takes down the details of the sales made, and the right sheet carries the learning plan and the achievements made by the associate. Employees find it fun to use and take pride in keeping a record of their career and achievements.

Majlis is an Arabic word, which means a place where the ruler discusses the petitions of his subjects. At SPAR, they work on the principle of Ask, Listen, and Improve. The main focus of this activity is asking for solutions to various issues from the ground staff. As the idea is shared by the employees, they are excited to own it till execution.
